خط پارسی-عربی توسط زبان های مختلفی استفاده میشه مثل پارسی، کردی، سرائیکی، عربی، مازندرانی، اردو، کشمیری، جاوه‌ای، قزاقی، سندی، اویغوری، ... شاید تنها دلیلی که در گذشته برای نوشتن پیامک از خط انگلیسی استفاده میشد نبود صفحه‌کلید پارسی در گوشی های همراه در اون زمان بود و خوشبختانه امروزه با رواج پیامرسان های مختلف از حجم پیامک های ارسالی کاسته شده و تقریبا تمام پیام های پارسی در پیامرسان ها (واتساپ، تلگرام، لاین، ...) با خط پارسی نوشته میشن. پس میبینید که اگر صفحه‌کلید پارسی در دسترس باشه هیچ کاربری برای نوشتن به زبان پارسی به سراغ سایر صفحه‌کلیدها (معروف به فینگلیش) نخواهد رفت و صد در صد، همه کاربران خط پارسی رو ترجیح میدن. --[[کاربر:Doostdar|دوستدار ایران بزرگ]] [[بحث کاربر:Doostdar|☎]] جمعه،۱۹ اردیبهشت ۱۳۹۹، ساعت ۰۰:۴۸ (ایران) ۷ مهٔ ۲۰۲۰، ساعت ۲۰:۱۸ (UTC)

This issue of the [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Editing|Editing]] newsletter includes information the [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Talk pages project|Talk pages project]], an effort to help contributors communicate on wiki more easily.
* [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Talk pages project/replying|<strong>Reply tool</strong>]]: This is available as a Beta Feature at the four partner wikis (Arabic, Dutch, French, and Hungarian Wikipedias). The Beta Feature is called "{{int:discussiontools-preference-label}}". The Beta Feature will get [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Talk pages project/replying#Version%202.0|new features]] soon. The new features include writing comments in a new visual editing mode and pinging other users by typing <code>@</code>. You can [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Talk pages project/replying/prototype testing#Reply%20tool%20version%202.0|test the new features]] on the [[mw:Special:MyLanguage/Beta Cluster|Beta Cluster]] now. Some other wikis will have a chance to try the Beta Feature in the coming months.

This will reduce signature spoofing, prevent page corruption, and make new talk page tools more reliable. Most editors will not be affected.

We learned that new editors who use talk pages make more edits to the main namespace than new editors who don't use talk pages.
